The Nuclear Industry Association

The Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) is the trade association and representative voice of Britain's civil nuclear industry. It represents more than 250 companies and some 55,000 UK nuclear workers. The NIA supports the commercial interests of its member as part of a diverse energy mix for the UK including renewables, clean coal and gas, with nuclear at the heart of a low-carbon future. SC@nuclear is an NIA led project which aims to raise awareness of the existing and potential opportunities available in the UK civil nuclear industry. As a central port of call, SC@nuclear is designed to signpost companies to the sector’s key players and crucial information, aiming to reduce perceived barriers to entering the market and to ensure that the UK nuclear supply chain is best placed to take advantage of potential opportunities.
