The District's principle town of Yeovil sees many small companies providing part of the supply chain for the big Aerospace and advanced engineering employers of Leonardo (formerly Agusta Westland) and BAE Systems. Also coming to Yeovil in the next few years will be a dedicated Aerospace Centre - iAero - backed by the Heart of the South West LEP and local Councils with input from a range of the leading aerospace businesess clustered in the area.
